ok, should I accept poor handling on pieces that I'm paying in 10 months? Should I apply painture to repair it myself? If you don't care about your foreign costumers, because it's clear that there is not QC here, ok, the only thing I can do is stop buying pieces from companies whith that policy.
Sorry guys but I was really confident about this piece and about chronicles but receiving a piece with this poor handling on it, makes me think that the company only loves my money and that's all. If you really care about this franchise and you love offering fans this pieces, you should guarantee our satisfaction from the first payment until we receive the product.

collectorcol, in that case I am very lucky to have a dealer who takes care of my case. He offered my his statue (still not open), and he will see also with his supplier what has happened...(the statue was perfectly packed, so it cames like this from the factory)
