I was fine if XM chooses the new base. Now with the
poll and from a view of a real collector.....
GO with the bigger base and kick some asses.

Bigger base for sure. At pretty much the same price as Thor? Absolutely.
At the cost of the Thor statue, I'm surprised at how much of a debate this has become. I highly doubt anyone was expecting the BB with that base to be much cheaper to begin with. Much ado here, I think. While there will always be fans who want cheaper pieces or for whatever reason prefer the other pose, I don't think there was ever any doubt that the majority of fans preferred the more elaborate base. It's XM signature style, and they excel at it.

A couple of open questions for the group:
1. Why is BB anymore of a problem than Phoenix, and she came in at $950SGD? ..... Unless XM missed their estimates and are taking a hit on Phoenix.
2. Why would just the upper torso of the damaged statue add an additional ~25% to the cost of the project? Seems disproportionate.
3. Why is BB standing on the head of the severed statue on the smaller base but not the big base? That pose seems unnatural. Head seems like a prop.
4. Is there option to display BB high on the big base? Most including myself may not have room, but why not design in the option. I kinda like that look for the screaming pose.
I'm asking out of ignorance, with no disrespect towards XM.

Oké so, I did the bigger base because space wise its not that much bigger in my eyes since BB is still on the ground so ez fit in your display room!
However the 200 sgd is not all right? Did I not read the shipping costs would go up a bit too on the XM FB,I dont really mind it at all its an order for me but I hear people saying just 200 you know, but I thought the main problem was the shipping?
