Very odd base choice why would Batman be in that scenario? Fortress of solitude kinda look is an odd choice and way over done already for a base choice .

Base and fabric capes are what’s holding me back. I like both figures quite a bit.

The sculpt on both characters is incredible. Too bad I (and I'm sure many others) don't want a Batman vs. Superman piece. Really wish the new Batman PF looked more like this one.

base doesn't bother me much, but the capes and the exploding eyes. I also like the figures, but at $700...if I really want one I'll get the collectors on the secondary market.

Looks like SSC ignored the fans requests for the belt loop on Superman. There's also a large seam on Batman's right arm and Superman's left eye looks a bit Wonky. Other than that ..

How did it look in person when you saw it at SDCC 2018? I wanted to like it and a part of me may still want to pick it up someday but I just can't bring myself to hit the PO Button on this one. The crazy thing is, I'm a huge Batman / Superman Guy and this statue should've been a No Brainer for me
