I just checked the site right now and the Hordak EX states "Out of Stock".

But two things --

1. Does Tweeterhead not also carry the regular?

2. Why did I have to use the search tool to find Hordak instead of his being on the front page of the website?

Tweeterhead were only carrying 300 Ex, Sideshow will carry the regular at the same cost.

They'll put the Reg up afterwards. I think the original plan was to put up the EX for six weeks before switching over to the REG. Now that the EX sold out I imagine they'll put up the REG soon.

As for the second question no idea. They don't have a fancy website that allows for a waitlist so that could be why. But wouldn't it be better to have a sold out page to at least let visitors know that there is a Hordak statue?

Mine also shows as processing. From replies I have received customers who have an invoice which shows the exclusive also show a different item number. That’s a little worrying if Tweeterhead is also going to sell the regular edition and I wonder if this could have something to do with customers still being able to add the exclusive to their cart.

Contacted Chad via PM with respect to my issue. Currently, I also cannot log in to my Tweeterhead account. Hopefully, everything works out fine.

I'd imagine it's all ok, maybe it was adjusted after it was pointed out that the invoices weren't showing EX.

I ordered straight away when it became available, I assume you did to?
