Yeah, the way it works: Plaintiff is first listed, defendant is second listed.
Sideshow sued Susan, not the other way around. But it does look like it’ll be dismissed because Sideshow hasn’t responded to the defendant’s claim.
Also, while these are court docs and are publicly available, not sure if this is the right venue to air that. That being said I wonder if this is a reason she stopped doing her livestreams coupled with the pandemic (like she had a non-compete clause or something).
It just sucks for everyone.
agree, I am thinking she may have had a non-compete, which is total BS and a way for companies to try and force their employees into submission.
Most are unenforceable but only carry a one year term. I hope she comes back. She was an AMAZING host and any company would be lucky to get her.

Sideshow live is not as good without her, but I'm assuming she was at fault, I dont see sideshow canning her for no reason, I watched a couple of the youtube interview videos this past week and I really enjoyed the Wendy Lee lady, she did great with the interviews and seemed genuinely interested, I hope she gets more air time
Nondisclosure agreement breach. Here are the pages related to the specific alleged conduct. Complaints are public information, FYI.
Plaintiff has trademarked the phrase "Let your Geek Sideshow"; however, Defendants have posted to social media the phrase "Let your Sketchy side show".

Yeah, I used to see Wendy Lee on Collider's Youtube channel, she does a good job.
