only thing I'm not mad keen on with this piece is the base. Ultron looks great but the broken up tarmac is a bit generic, would've hoped with steve wang at the helm it would've been a bit more creative

This is likely based on a scene right from the movie, we don't know yet.
The base to me personally looks fantastic.

I think the base looks fantastic too. When do you guys think this will go up for PO. My guess is some time after SDCC.
Edit: I think I figured out a way to display this beast once I get it in hand. I plan to use four round pedestals about 15.5 inches in diameter each and place one at each corner of the base. The pedestals I am looking at are rated at being able to support up to 500 pounds per pedestal so they should work just fine for this piece.
