Also wasn't working for me with paypal, only allowed me to add the code and get the discount when I selected the credit card option.

Wow....you mentioned 40€! Did you get this from the EU warehouse? It says it's sold out there and in the NZ one. So it gives me a shipping price of 171€, which...sadly....makes this too expensive.
