Really wish I had the room for this and Boromir, but I don't. Should make for a classic display.

So far I haven't heard about anyone who has broken the bow or snapped the string. Just take your time and it should be good.

This piece and the matching Boromir statue really are a winning set, if you're on the fence about it, then come down quickly

I know how you feel...I was fearfull at first but like DarkShadow said, take your time. I stretched it a little, then waited, then a little more then waited..then finally got it.
It seems pretty sturdy. Just note that the string only goes around 2 fingers (at first I thought it would be 3)

This is still available from all 3 warehouses. I'm actually surprised by that.

I think it goes to prove the LOTR has almost left the realms of pop culture.

This is the Lurtz I have waited for and love it. It's the pose! Details are great too.

Not sure if the P1 announcement had anything to do with it for many people, but I didn't order simply due to scale. I have moved to 1/4 minimum.

OMG EnShinNoi, you were not kidding when you said to get him. I just received him and what a work of art this piece is. Its a mini Lurtz to the "T"
This is a gorgeous piece, one that will be sort after I think.

Now I didn't have a problem getting the bow string in, but what I do have a problem with is, trying to keep the arrow put. I cannot seem to find a way for it not to fall.

Perhaps someone has any suggestions for this lost soul...hmmmm

Here is a picture of his face, but I don't think my pictures do any justice to these pieces...

I used a tiny amount of black poster putty, around the draw hand, to keep the arrow in place.

I found it, There is an opening between his knuckles but you might have to turn him upside down to see it or really look under that hand of his, and there you'll find that opening for the tail of the arrow to go into. It wasn't a tight fit but it worked for me .

But thank you for responding!
