Different angles doesn't have anything to do with his shoulder being farther back in the artwork than the sculpt though.

I wouldn't expect the sculpt to look exactly like the artwork but I can see the differences and it has nothing to do with the angles.

But like I said, still a great concept/design.

Ok so after looking at all the pics from all the angles shown...I can surmise that the waist is just about right. If there is any adjustment to it....it would only be the equivalent about 2 waist sizes....and even then...that's questionable. I will post a pic of the two angles that give a whole different perspective of the waist being too big and just about right.



Most agree or lean towards the waist being too big. But the next pic tells a little different story...at least to me.



This pic the waist doesn't look nearly as wide. However, there may still be a little slimming down needed but nearly what I initially thought.

Wouldn't his back foot need to be flatter on the ocotpus to get more power behind his throw? This position looks like he has already thrown.

I mentioned a few pages back I think he's started to throw in this pose, where the original art had his position more pre-throw. That's just how it looks to me.

But I have a comic where Namor single handedly dismantles a giant squid that was turned into a vampire (lol, that's comics for ya!). He probably doesn't need any support for more power to throw farther than any person in real life could ever possibly throw. Best believe that octopus he's on is just for show.

That Octopus looks amazing. I still think a armor looks a little thick and squat lol, but I'll wait for paints for final judgement. As of now he looks good.

This thread is about to get a major bump. There is a pic of the printed piece on FB.

The base on this piece is amazing! I truly barely notice Namor it's so impressive.

The whole piece is HUGE
