Got both...one in the media room..(which sadly is more of a box room) and one upstairs. I prefer the white but you can't go wrong with the silver. Also for the differerence in price get silver.

I'm partial to the white version, and it's the one that I have. I do like the silver and have been thinking of picking that up eventually.

I've never seen the white in person but I own the silver and am very happy with it. I think both look equally great.
