The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Those Hulk neck seams are unacceptable. I can't understand how Sideshow's QC is an acceptable practice from such a large company.

Is this the only company that has a thread dedicated to QC problems? If so then SS take notice man. Pretty embarrassing

I don't care about seam lines but all these hulks has the worst thick lines that even I noticed. I do wonder how SS qc let these get through. I can live with seam lines on every statue I own. These are way over the top.

That seam is bad but that gap is VERY UGLY. Absolutely unacceptable for a $600 price tag and labelled a Premium Format. Somehow we need SS to listen to us about their QC.

The neck seam on the Hulk PF is not bad at all, not in person. Plus I display it front wards out. This is one of the pitfalls of COHs (not gray one) and having nothing to hide the seam (like collar).

True. The seam is terrible from the side, but head on or from above, it's not so bad. The change in color and texture, however, is inescapable no matter the direction it is displayed.

SSC description on ebay for rogue.(and others)

"Any small imperfections are caused by the hand casted and hand painted nature of the item and is part of the charm of owning this unique collectible."

Really? Imperfections = charm?

Noob here. Have a question I was wondering if the more experienced Sideshow buyers could help with.

I bought the Captain Marvel exclusive and part of the base didn't fit the alien head. I was able to return it and the replacement, a piece of Captain Marvels regular hair is broken off. They now tell me they sold out of the exclusive and to go buy glue to fix it myself.

What are my options?
I was hoping to ask them that it's the regular head and they should have more to send me replacement.

I was even thinking of asking them about the head from the one I returned to them.

Any suggestions would be welcome in how to interact with their CSR.

A lot of what you'll get from their Customer Service can be "cookie cutter" responses with little thought or concern.

Could you share a photo of the damage?

Would you want to keep it in its "glued" state? If so - ask for a partial refund.
