PSA about BBTS for anyone new to them (like I was)

I recently shipped my first Pile of Loot from BBTS, and a day afterwards I got an email asking me if I actually wanted to get one of the figures that I ordered because the one they had for me had a bashed up box.

I asked if the figure was alright, and they assured me that the figure was alright it was just going to be the box, but I was still a little concerned.

Today I was unpacking and putting everything together, and was happy to see that although the box was definitely bashed up good, the figure inside had not taken any damage.

Box:

Hole in the back of the box:

Perfect condition figure though!

So for all of my fellow newbie collectors, you can definitely trust BBTS's support and word.

Truth! I'll also vouch for BBTS. Over the years I ordered about 6 or 7 PCS SF pieces from them and each one arrived as described. Right down to the condition of the art box. If they have something in stock that I'm looking for. I always cop (buy).

Me too. Ordered a lot from them over the years (well... probably only 15 - 20 pieces) and they ship to Canada and they have always been very good.

Nothing but great things to say about BBTS. They're extremely legit...especially when it comes to labeling the condition of the statues they sell along with their art boxes.

They miraculously found a long sold out Abomination PF and put it back up on their website for sale noting that the art box had been water damaged, but the statue was mint and unaffected. I purchased it and when it arrived, the art box wasn't even close to water damaged as I thought it was gonna be. It was in awesome shape. Even the foam was perfect. A-Bomb and his base were in absolute mint condition when I pulled them outta there. I couldn't have been happier with their service and integrity.

I ordered 1 Metal Gear Rex from them. Went fine.

Ordered a second for a friend, some how got charged for 2.
I canceled one of the double payment in PayPal.

They send me the second one.

Later I try to buy more stuff and my account is locked.

They say I canceled my order, but they still sent the item. Want me to pay basically over a 1k to reopen my account.
"If I canceled it (even both) same day...not even an hour after purchase...how is it they still send me a 600 dollar item?"

Yes, and my account was docked the proper amount.

Buying else where now.

I have ordered from them for years with no issues, not always the lowest of the low on prices so I do order elsewhere sometimes.

They should offer some kind of points system though if they really wanted to compete.
