They seem to take a long time to respond to other things :<

Even if so a little pressure can help change their mind, and $12k is a lot of pressure. I don't plan on canceling my POs as I really like what they're putting out. However I felt I was owed those discounts and if they weren't willing to give them to me I'd happily cancel those two orders, fortunately they were.

apparently someone in the same boat as most of us (who was told to bug off by SS and deal with PCS) was recently contacted by SS and had their pcs credit (from prior to the merger) accepted and changed to a SS credit.

I am trying to find out the name of the person at SS who did it for them.

I had a different email through my PCS orders, but same email for my PayPal and Sideshow Account. So one day I get the email saying I have my credit. Log in, nothing. So I contact sideshow again, said it’s being taken care of, should be in my account within 7 days. That was a month and a half ago.

No, I did one last hail mary with sideshow to attempt to at least have PCS just send me a 1:3 Ryu to get this out of the way. However after a few calls and emails back and forth, they said that I still had to wait for PCS to refund me directly. I will try every couple of months until I get my refund. Although I eventually will see it I can call the better bureau to see if they can do anything. $900 is allot of money to just “forget”

Keep at it. I think the guys want to do the right thing in the end but it isn't a good sign they will not even at least send you a statue when they have the statue to send.

But when the money just isn't there it's nearly impossible for a business to say such without making things even worse.

It's obvious the situation that exists no matter the spin.
