I can understand broken parts. I have received many broken parts from SS but they were all replaced with quality items and I now have complete undamaged statues. But there 5% acceptable breakage factor when made to order items are in question. If you have that 5% would you not produce that percentage over the top of your made to order items to compensate for service afterwards. I was sent something that was produced after initial production that is not only subpar in quality but not even finished.
This is supposed to be and correct me if im wrong a premium product that goes that step further than the others. And to be quite honest as nice as the statue is sculpt wise without the damage issues its not any nicer done than the new SS red Sonja I picked up around the same time frame.
I have a local friend who put me on to XM in the first place and he said his XM Stuff always showed up in perfect condition but this last string of broken items recently says otherwise. Something has most definitely changed.

Its tons when all you see on FB its peoples breakages of XM Storm or Vader. There have been parts that don't fit right like the xm poison ivy and qc issues like batgirls extremely red eyes, catwomans marshmallow teeth. sorry but its pretty true and I have tons of xm pieces . just stating my observation. I have a XM piece coming tomorrow and im still going to P.O this 1/3 cap so don't take me as biased or anything.

And I PO shogun batman on a horse first day. God help me with what I just had show up. Im lucky if they don't send me one of my old scuba suit GI Joes with a mego planet of the apes horse lol!
