No idea. I'm hoping she will still happen.
P1 hasn't announced additional pieces beyond Supergirl and Mera in that line so maybe 2020 will see some movement for DC Heroines.

I have been spamming the Prime1 FB page every month now for the last year about Zatanna. Kelvin Loke has promised that she was almost ready to be revealed during the sneak previews of Katana. This promise was made a half year ago btw :$

I messaged them a couple months ago, they gave me the same generic answer, "All will be revealed soon". My guess is they'll wait to summer WF 2020 to reveal her.
