Good luck. How long since you purchased Lucky?
I imagine they might decline if it has been too long between then and reporting items missing.
I'm not sure what their policy is, regarding not buying direct?

yeah I didn't get her dog tags either... I don't think GG shipped them in the original boxes when she first came out...

I just happened to mention the tags being missing while informing them about Lucky's eye's not being great. They agreed to send the Dog tags, as they were missing. Their art department deemed to the eyes to be ok, stating production pieces can differ from prototypes. They did not go as far as to comment on the quality of the eyes on the production pieces. Compared to Kay-ya and Derby, they fail to compare. Probably a different factory produced Lucky.

I got Lucky last year from Spec Fiction. It was never missing to begin with. They just didn't put one in. I emailed GG and still waiting for reply back.

Can you provide a clear photo or text of dog tags? Thanks. I just make my own. I have 5.56 cartrdige pendant already that matches Comic Con display.

That was quick. They normally take about 1 or 2 weeks. Even then it took 2 requests.
