I agree, stop using pvc. I have not seen any that looked better than polystone ones

Damn. I was this close to getting this statue. Ugh. Not only am I disappointed but so my lady who is absolutely supportive of me and my collection but was also really hoping for this FS PF format statue as she loved the movie. Now I have to disappoint her as well. Not a good night. Ugh.

I’m sorry but people who buy into Sideshow’s excuses for using plastic are just fanboys who will defend anything they do.

This piece is absolutely terrible. File this next to the plastic Man of Steel PF and the Plastic $600 Alien POS they made.

I have a lot of sideshow pieces from over the years but I can tell you that over the course of the last 3 years I have bought way more XM Studios statues and Iron Studios (love their dioramas) because of issues like this with sideshow. Other companies including prime 1 which I haven’t mentioned have stepped up their game over the last few years. The only sideshow piece I purchased last year was Hulk vs Wolverine. Haven’t purchased Deadpool yet because of many qc issues I have heard about with the base but might eventually. This year I might cave and by over 5 pieces from them with Thanos, Wolverine, Magneto, maybe some of the trinity and daredevil and Elektra. We will see. They better be up to standards that we all deserve or they will lose a lot of my business. I’m getting fed up.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

I actually wouldn't mind if they would have to use pvc, as long as it' s going to end up of similar quality...
