Fail in my book. The post just didn't translate to 3D form. The face sculpt doesn't scream Jim Lee to me either.

Looks legit to me. No action pose is going to look great from every angle compared to a museum one. But, if one has the means to display it above eye-level, I'd say it's a win, although it has nowhere to go but up once we see it with the other pieces in the line.
