I am curious what exactly did Marvel provide in terms of artwork for the statue to be based on.
They provided both front and back shots of a concept developed by a FX studio here in Hollywood or something along those lines, the final sculpt will be somewhat of a hybrid between what Salvador will provide and the aforementioned concepts.

What about the pose? Will it be like the same flying pose previewed a while ago in the silhouette? Or something completely new?

I'd imagine this to be a simple, determined, solemn standing pose. Sorta like the one below, with maybe the right arm flexing upwards at the elbow, fist clenched.

By the way, a Black Widow in the work?

If you going for a dynamic pose like the Rulk one these may help.

You could have him half crouching or flying using his palm repulsors (single or double). The standing one has been done a lot but still looks good. There haven't been much done of IM "coming out at you" poses yet, which could work out well when pairing statues.

Eric, you go me excited about this IM!
I would like a pose similar to the new upcoming BD statue. A more action pose would be good with the set.

I am eagerly awaiting this statue.
