Paint app looks sweet, she really "pops!" Compared to the Tweeterhead Maquette you can understand why you're paying more.
I'm also sooo happy they're changing that portrait; from some angles it looks like a potato.
Does the helmeted portrait have the same issues?

I am a little confused. Is that the messed portrait, which looks like the proto, or is it the " new" portrait, that looks like the proto...?

The new portrait hasn't shipped out yet, it's still in production. XM Does have a video of the new portrait sample on their Facebook page. The newer portrait has a softer look and a bit wider... The problem with the original portrait was the mold got messed up at the factory and it squeezed the face making it look long and narrow... at least that's the excuse XM is using... Bottom line the new portrait that will come out later this year does look better IMO.

Ah ok. The proto already had an elongated portrait. Maybe not so much though... If the " new" portrait is wider, it will be for the best. She has beautiful eyes, but under her eyes, it's an other story.
