How long did you wait for a refund.
Hi
As several members are waiting for their refunds to be processed I am curious how long it has taking for customers to receive theirs?
I think PCS should change their policy as it appears their 30 working days timeframe is not realistic and waiting beyond this is making customers anxious.
Hopefully we can manage expectations based on experiences to date

I am currently waiting for 5 weeks without having received any refund. Honestly, that is not acceptable, especially due to the amount involved.
I am a long-term customer for nearly 8 years now and I really appreciate all the changes and the transparency that have been introduced lately. However, the refund policy is a no-go. No other company takes that long for issuing refunds.

The only logical explanation is they do not have the cash flow to refund the money. Any other explanation is BS.

I believe you can will your refund to your spouse or children. This way after you die of old age waiting on a refund, your children can have the enjoyment of growing old while waiting on it too!

Also, they should hire the guy who set up the system that instantly takes your money when you make a payment, the taking of money seems to happen very easily, it's the other end where it gets jammed up. So if the give it back guy would just call the take it guy and ask how he made the system so efficient at taking money with no hassle, then the problem would be solved.

The refunds are not instant. I had to wait for mine as well but I got it back. Are you only sending one email or replying back off the same email? New emails go back into system as a new email.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Once you paid and 45 days has passed I don't think it can be refunded through PayPal.
