It's a good philosophy to have, and shows that you are strong of will in the shopping dept.
I am buying things for my "eventual" display. I know that may be a dangerous way to go about it, but I don't want to miss out on something and pay through the nose later. I missed out on getting the X-Men vs. Sentinel dios in a BOGO sale Things From Another World had a few years ago. I thought "these are too big and I don't have the space right now, I'll get them later." Now, #1 is one of my grails that goes for around $1000 and I could have had it, and another for $350!! So my philosophy is if I can afford it now, buy it, if I can't use it later, I'll sell it.
