Nice piece but even for those two icons togheter on a page it's a bit pricey , if it was a painted piece it would have been gone allready !!

That was an awesome piece , timing was bad for that piece otherwise I would have placed a higher bid !!

I can appreciate that, Bullsy, but I'd prefer to spend that $2500 on a classic Kirby FF page or a vintage Ditko Spidey.

I'm just not sure Dell Otto is enough of a household name yet to be carrying those types of prices but, heck, all the power to him. It's great to see an artist be able to make a decent living out of this because so few do.

I wonder what he originally charged that guy for the commission.

I don't know if it's a commission, Dell'Otto is a big fan of both Wolverine and Batman. Maybe he gave this piece to a friend and he sold it. (that did happen before)

Oh boy, if that happens to be the case, I doubt he'd be happy to discover what he gave away for free may be flipped for 2.5K
