Don't think it's gonna be $399 unfortunately.
I'd like to get this one myself but depends on price.
For me the problem I have with Weta is no flex pay.

actually, yes, I wanted the wings spread out in a much more dynamic and threatening pose. a 3 or 4 foot wingspan would of been outstanding. I have a couple other very large dragons in flying poses (e.g. Charlie McGrady and Bill Wigel kits) and was hoping to add a flying Smaug to my collection. I am fortunate enough to not have to worry about display size or cost; but I understand why others are content with this relatively smaller Smaug.

This vs Deathwing...I think the Blizzard piece will fetch my funds. Really wanted a Smaug but this is just so so from what I can see plus no flex play and Weta comes in pretty highly priced.

I see this went up for order on a Tuesday.
Price is $699 if ordered before Jan 25th, then goes up to $749.
