lol. Not just that. Based on in hand pics of their recent products, the factory they uses can't even paint by the book nor putting any kind of care of effort to paint it right. When someone buys a Sideshow piece, they better know how to paint as everything requires a repaint, that's how bad it's been. Funny that they carries so many Hot Toys staff but never bothered to ask/learn how to produce paint jobs like theirs.

Yes, SS paint job sucks a ton but I must say the last piece I bough from them, the Hellboy maquette, was very good. No repaint needed.
What a change after all the previous crap they sold.
I pray Deathwing will come all right...not too difficult to repaint anyway

Well... for everyone that was afraid the final model was too dark grey from those pics posted a little while back..
I'd say you have nothing to fear, as suspected.. Chronicle looks to have knocked this out of the park.
