Seems odd to celebrate $400 shipping, but at $550 cheaper, nice going

Where does Prime 1 ship from? Is everything coming from China or do they have warehouses in North America or EU?

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

They said years ago that they were going to open an EU warehouse, but nothing ever came of it.

In general, how exact are the product weights listed on their site? If kg for kg they're usually exact, I am going to have to come up with a new display option for some of the statues I'm considering. 100+ pounds per statue rules out a lot of shelving choices.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

Does anyone know how many Mb's can be sent in one email directly to prime-customer-service ? And do you put photo's in a zip-file or use something else ?
I assume they can handle at least 100Mb at once ? 1 minute video with samsung phone already is around 100Mb..
Thx.

Probably not 100mb, the old standard was 10mb, these days it's more around 25-35mb (and subtract a bit for mime). Also a 1min video should be way smaller than 100mb, raw video is huge run it through an encoder to make it proper sized. Also most people probably just upload it on youtube as private and then send them a link.

Ok not the answer i was hoping, I have multiple issues and took good pictures of it. You want a sharp picture of it and mostly from two angles so you can clearly see the defect, right (otherwise what is the point). Those are already average 3 - 3.5 Mb each.
btw. I have my phone video on HD1080 resolution, will try a lower setting and delete sound to save some Mb's.

SO I was able to save some money on Prime 1 Shipping to Canada. I ordered the Gantz Reika. It was $225USD shipping to Canada. SO I instead ordered from the Japanese site and got it sent to a Third Party called Zenmarket. That cost 5 dollars. Then they shipped it to me for $130USD. YMMV but that worked for me. Saved 100 bucks. Not chump change.
