Got this response from Prime 1 in their FB group, I hope this means less delays in the future 
"Our Factory facility much much more people and bigger than previous year we are able to ship faster our product. Huge improvement that we very happy."

What's the deal between Prime 1 and Marvel ?
They appear to have a Marvel section on their website, and it lists 3 pieces.
I've assumed they have a 1/3 scale licence, no 1/4 scale licence.

I think P1 used Sideshow's 1/4 license to make those 3 statues. Not sure what's going on with the Marvel license but it's good for my wallet that no other statues have been made.
