Hey guys I'm looking at ordering my 1st Prime 1 piece, the Knightfall Batman, and it looks like the EX is in stock on their website. I've never ordered from Prime 1 directly, what have been your experiences? Yay or nay?

The shipping time is quite long right now and with the increased shipping charges I would wait a little bit unless it says low stock. Ordering directly from Prime 1 is a great option if there isn't another distributor like SS. If you wish to order now and want to wait till the shipping goes down you can ask them to hold your item for you through email.
