the Batman Batcave DX has a different ES compared to the Batcave DXS with Bonus. DX was announced a couple of months back with an ES of 1000. DXS was always 999. the whole time i thought the DX and DXS were the same thing, and when i found out they possibly weren't, i ordered the DXS direct because i wanted that bonus head i will never display. It would be a shame to spend $1700 on something (i this case $3300+) and not have all the extra goodies.

the real test is what will be included with non-Direct Batman Batcave DX Orders (from Sideshow and BBTS and others). If they don't include the Bonus head, and the box says DX limited to 1000 it's an entirely different edition all together. BUT if they get delivered in a DXS box WITH the Bonus head limited to 999, then the DXS and DX is the same thing...which i don't think is the case for Batcave or this Predator. i didn't want to take that risk, so i cancelled my DX and got a DXS direct, i should've ordered the Batcave DXS from Secret Compass...lesson learned. i corrected that error with this Predator statue.
eventually Prime 1 will announce the DX edition size but i don't expect that to happen for a year or so, as that's what they did for Batvcave DX ES.
