To anyone who owns this statue maybe you could answer one question for me? By the looks of the base and the way you attach spider-man to the base it looks very tight? My only worry is that it is too tight and looks difficult to remove with out chipping the paint off at some point. Has anyone had a problem with it being so tight that the paint comes off or is there enough space between it? Thanks. I was looking to pick this up sometime. I was just looking to have some concerns answered by fellow collectors.

I have no issues with mine, the fit is fairly tight but it's not so tight that your going to chip paint trying to remove it.

It fits snugly, but it can seem really tight when you're inserting or removing the body if you aren't moving it at the exact right angle. If you're having trouble try adjusting the angle a little bit and it should slide more smoothly.
