But with Spidey you get the same exact personality type - and if they were complaining about the stories not being fresh anymore then why replace him with a carbon copy character?

Cut the Thing loose? Is that because you don't like him? Because to me he is the only cool member of the team! Reed is cool as marvel's smartest, but otherwise he's a condecending @%$^%^!!! Sue is cool as the team most powerful, but personality-wise she's too much 'housefrau'...And Johhny? I've always disliked him...Maybe to some his arrogance was funny, but I hated it.
And isn't Nova "supposed" to be dead? (or at least vanished?)
Just my two cents.

Given Spidey's history with the Torch, I think actually Spidey is the best choice. Just take him off the other Avengers book already.

Can you smell what Reed is cooking?
BLADE or GHOST RIDER. Its time to shake this comic up. The nice-y nice family thing is kind of stale. They need new blood that will shake it up a bit. And since when is Dwayne "the ROCK" Johnson standing in for reed?

I would've moved franklin up to the majors, even if it's only for 11 or 12 issues

Interesting. I kinda like this idea only one would think his parents would keep from danger in their parental roles. Maybe they wouldn't and welcome him as a fellow adventurer.
