"Claw" Black Cat bust in da house!

This lady took me by surprised today...
I'm a big fan of Linsner's stuff so this is a must have for me.

A gorgeous bust this is.
Great sculpt, only a bit smaller than I expected.
The base is very well done, simple design with plenty of claw marks spreading all over it, a nice touch.
The face looks very Linsner and the sculptor did hell of a job capturing Linsner's female body form.

As usual, DST screwed up big time on paint job....
The paint of the mask bleeds to her face, and the red paint on her lips are uneven. Crappy dry-brush strokes look horrible on her hair and neck band..

I did some touch up here and there, scratch off the extra mask paint from her face and repaint her lips.

Oh and the retail is kinda high for a bust this size, $49.99 that is, but glad I got my regualr discount, make it much easier for me.

I'll give it 3.5 out of 5. Paint job is the main problem, look over them if your LCS got mutiple to make sure you don't get the bummer.

I don't have a digital camera so here's only a crappy quick shot with my crappy cell phone.

Thanks my friend! If you like Linsner art, you have to pick it up.

And the sculptor is....let me look at the box....Steve Kiwus and I think SOTA studio is the one that sculpted the Mystique.

They both successfully translate Linsner's drawing into 3-D form, very nice indeed!

Looks cool but I'd like to see better pics of her. You say she's "smaller", so does that mean she's in scale with Bowen MBs?
