Absolutely agree. To me these codes are pretty much like hearing the ice cream truck. No use in getting excited when that fekker's going to be driving away as soon as I head towards it.

Yeah, I mean I sure don't care about $1.50 code that pops up at 5:00 a.m. and is expired by 5:02 a.m.

But, yeah it's free money, so apparently everyone should be ecstatic they're giving codes most people can't use.

The more the better, but for me $1 and up is worth it if I happen to be online at the time. If not I won't sweat it, but as others have said, it's free $. Why complain about it? Of course they're not going to make it easy for everyone. I mean don't get me wrong, in a perfect world SS would just mail me checks directly for each code they issue so I never miss one.

To add to it, any RP you've gained and used toward a purchase, the new RP accrued is less the savings.

But be real ppl, these codes, especially at $5-$3-$2 now $1.50 are NOT cutting into SS profit margin. Even the long lost $20 codes weren't.

I've given up trying to collect each and every code. If I get to it cool. I just appreciate SS throwing a bone to collectors. To me it shows how business savvy they are in plugging their social media outlets and promoting their brand. If someone else managed to get a code that I missed, good on them. It may seem like small beans to some, but it all adds up.

Now Spook on the other hand, that's when I get cranky. Especially when I miss a code for sleeping for a few minutes after staying up late. Don't even get me started on the whole "fake codes" fiasco a few years back.

I do have to say that with the rising prices of the pieces, it would go a long way to start seeing some $50 promos replace the standard $25. $25 was cool when we were paying $300 and with the exchange I'm paying another 30% premium plus shipping and duty. Let's go!

To me, it felt like you were saying "don't complain or we'll make it worse." I'm not trying to be rude or offensive to you either but I feel like this entire thing is getting so ridiculous. $1.50 code for 3 minutes??? Down from $3.00??? Like, I just feel like this is getting out of hand. Half the time, I feel like this is the hardest I've ever worked for $3.00, and it only benefits people who can be glued to social media when I can't. It's frustrating, and I'm not exactly getting the feeling people are getting why it's frustrating to some people. I'm sorry if I'm rude to you but I just want there to be some understanding. Of course I'm happy if I get some, but the situation is frustrating when I simply can't participate.
