NYYC pics of collector's edition
The collector's edition was displayed at comic con and i took some pics of it. I've got to say that after seeing everything in person I immediately changed my pre-order back to the regular version.
Sorry for the poorly taken photos especially the dim lit one that is supposed to showcase the lights being on in the tv screens. Trust me you're not missing anything. Also chose not to take pics of the dossier files that come with it.

Congrats Rocket. Is the UK collectors edition worth it for me to get it shipped accross the pond?
I did it for Injustice (Thanks again Robert ) but this one was close enough to the DCD one a few years ago to hold off initally.

Thanks for posting these. I had the CE reserved, but I think I'll cancel it now. The statue looks really lame in those pics.

I like the look of the statue, Batman looks good, Joker isn't too bad.
Will post pictures later.

Of the statues I'd say the one in person that stands out the most as "feeling cheap" is the Joker at his desk one. Which is weird because the light up feature is very, very cool. Its just a bit flimsy to hold and feels more like a light up toy than a statue. The Bats\Joker pieces are very nice, and very similar to the Injustice statues

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

It's hard to tell - is the Batman/Joker statue vinyl or the hard "toy" plastic of the US Injustice statue? I'm not sure if the UK Injustice statue was made differently. I was underwhelmed with the US one, though.

Thanks Rocket; I may just have to take the plunge once all the hype dies down.

The materials used in the UK Injustice statue were similar to ones used in the NA edition though I would classify a few things like Batmans Cape and the base as "softer".

Thanks. Not sure what I want to do... I already have the US CE coming today and it's gonna be hard to justify the cost on getting the UK version for that kind of "statue". I do like the metal case that comes with the UK version, too. Ugh. I wouldn't even consider it for anything else...
