Looks like somebody called Level52 Studios is going to produce licensed 1/4 Frazetta stuff, starting with Catwoman.

That's it. I assume it is 1:1. Frazetta Girls on Facebook posted the link to it. Kabuki also announced a 1:4 scale DD bust.
