When to seal paint job

Hey everyone, I just had a question about when I can seal my paint job for my statue. I'm using liquitex acrylic inks in my airbrush, but I have no idea how long I have to wait until I can add my clear coat/sealer. (I'm using krylon satin finish for the sealer) Anyone have knowledge on these particular paints/sealers?

I usually seal between color changes, in case you make a mistake its easier to fix that way

So does that mean you only wait a few minutes til the paint is dry to the touch to seal it?/repaint?
