Took me a while to get my shipping notice as well.

I got my rex today. I'm at a bit of a loss. On one hand, the paint is 99% great. I am incredibly impressed with how the body looks. However, some of the teeth are painted pink and on top of that, paint is completely chipped off. One of the eyelets on my fence broke off as well. I'm not sure it was glued in properly as I can put way more force on the other ones and they don't budge. I talked to Paul and he was super helpful, so I'm going to look into getting a replacement. All in all, even with the issues I had, I think it's a beautiful statue and I'm looking forward to getting a new one. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about it, but now that I've seen it in person I know it's one that I want in my collection. I might post some pictures later tonight.

What's terrible is they keep 10% if you cancel it. Sorry, that shouldn't happen when it's not our fault the quality control sucks. We shouldn't be penalized for their mistake. Unreal...

Not necessarily, as there are other factors including how many people they dedicate to the project. Perhaps there are 4 people on the 300 project, but 14 people on the 1000 piece project. And that is assuming that each piece takes the exact same amount of time in both projects.
