I have both by the way. And they're both great for their own reasons. But I have 5 total 1/4 Spideys so far. Need more.

I used to own the Spidey and Venom comiquettes. I now own the Spidey PF.
The comiquette on wall is a super cool piece, however at this point in time I would not pay the asking price.
The PF actually has a better body and head sculpt and better paint job. I would go for the PF.

I'd pay the extra cash for the comiquette.. Bear in mind that I've owned both (I sold the PF a week after I got it from Sideshow and still have the comiquette with no intentions of ever letting him go) I agree with the comments above saying the overall sculpt of Spiderman on the PF is better.. but the base looks like sh!t. Literally HALF of that statue is bad. It doesn't look nice at all lol.. Hence why I'd go with the Comiquette. All around, it's a nicer looking piece. JMO of course.. >.>

Cool, Thanks everyone for your input. I ended buying both just so I can compare them side by side and keep the one I like more, and then maybe just sell the other.
I know the whole 'which is better' question is really subjective, but I was just asking in case their was a unanimous decision. Thanks everyone.
