These guys are a joke... I went through the same BS with Darksiders piece. They had my deposit for 3 F'ing years... Same excuse every 4-6 months. I asked to cancel and my deposit back and they said no!
WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PIECE FROM THEM AGAIN... BEWARE...
