Build and Paint Statues

Was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I recently purchased a statue that was originally a kit. It is in 3 pieces now. One of the jegs and one of the arms have become dis attached. I was looking for someone to re sculpt and repaint the statue. How would I go about finding someone who is capable of this ? I appreciate any help that can be provided.
