For anyone else who has ordered her from DeepDiscount, any updates ? If any of you guys receive cancellations, or shipping update, can you post here (I will do the same)? That way, we can stop waiting, cancel, and order elsewhere.

I've received nothing from DD yet either. I'm not sure how to check status on their site. Even the orders they cancelled still show up under my order history.

I decided to call Deep Discount.

I was told they had more orders than items they received which is why mine hasn't shipped. They are expecting another shipment at the end of the month. If that is not enough to include my order, I will be refunded and my order cancelled. I should note my Jenny Frison Wonder Woman has the same situation.

If that happens I'm done with Deep Discount as sounds like part of the model is to run low inventory to sell pieces immediately or just have people give them 0% loans for months.

That's what I was thinking, interest free loans for several months... I don't think anyone on here that has ordered from them have received anything.

I ordered a few Street Fighter Bishoujos awhile back and they ended up refunding me on both of them just recently. I think they're rather shady.

What is the point of the pre-order system it you sell more than you can fulfill?!?! They had it open for pre-order for months, and just changed it to "Special Order" last week. I ordered mine right at the beginning of April, so that's 4 months they had it still up for PO after that and mine still isn't shipping. Lesson learned I guess.

My guess?

They price these pieces and run promotions to get you to pre-order through them with either zero or slim expectations to fulfill it like a legitimate business.

Imagine they order zero (they may have to legally order one to avoid false advertising claims, I'm not sure) or even ten. They sell a hundred pre-orders.

That's $9,000 in loans with no interest, expand that over several items and could easily get to over $1,000,000 in cash they can make money off of easily off setting any loses they may take on aggressively pricing the items so low.

I couldn't even get a refund as their policy has my money locked in for a month or so after the release date.

My main issue is I passed on deals elsewhere and now will likely have to pay more than I would have if I had gone with another site.
