I won't be buying any statues directly from this company ever again. Now I got an address confirmation issue to deal with. Got to wait 3 days for a response to that.

5 months and prime 1 have still not shipped or even got a date for sending replacement parts for a broken statue.
I never knew they did this to their customers. It's my first statue from them and was going to PO another one from the same lineup. Has this happened to anyone else?

Many people have voiced similar and worse problems. This is why many US collectors try to wait for P1 pieces to show up on Sideshow. Problem resolution is so much easier with SSC customer service.

It's well known Prime 1's customer service is utter dog sh!t.

Do they eventually resolve issues but it takes them forever? Or do they just string you along until you give up? I noted that they say wait 10-14 weeks and then it's wait again. I think that is an intended tactic so your ability to do a charge-back is lost as the 180 days expiry lapses.

I would think other stores just relate on P1 too when it comes to replacing broken items? So it would be the same issue?

In the case of a third party they deal with the correspondence instead of you, and likely have more leverage than one person. Of course Prime 1 Studio sometimes behaves like some crappy GK studio when it comes to parts.
