congrats to everyone getting this one... i decided to pass as i cant unsee MJ and i'm still wary of the statue standing up over time. excited to see in hand photos/reviews!

This is such a frustrating piece, I love the character, pose, her amazing legs & torso but man that face.
It's like the sculptor intentionally used MJ as a reference, how that face sculpt got approved is beyond me.

Haha I think a lotta people are permanently scarred from what all went down with MJ and he occupies a large part of their subconscious.

I think the problem is, Zatanna looks like a girl, which is fine.
Michael Jackson, through plastic surgery appeared to want to alter himself to look either like a girl or a cartoon character?

As coincidence would have it, Michael Jackson happened to look quite a bit similar to a Sideshow statue that would emerge many years down the line long after MJ's surgery, and passing. I doubt for a moment the sculptor behind the Zatanna portrait based their work on MJ likeness.
