that is my hope as well. I think I will blow a fuse if he arrives flawed and they tell me there are no replacements...especially after waiting this long.
I cannot recall another statue in my 15+ years of collecting that took this long to roll out. It seems like half a year has passed since the first exclusives reached collectors hands.

Has anyone got one of these yet and torn the cloth off and painted him? I've seen a few Batman's like that, curious how a Superman would look.

not that I know of but I think it would be quite a bit easier than batman based on what ive seen. the one tricky part would be the neck line, with the fabric costume you can pick it up and pull it over the bottom of the head sculpt

Well, mine converted. I'm not a huge fan of pajamas but the face sculpt is a perfect Alex Ross interpretation, so it's hard to pass.
Those who have him, are you happy? I'm really torn on this. I already have so much invested in two recent SS pieces, two more in December, not to mention my four XM items. Lot of thinking to do.

I cancelled mine today. I saw it in my lcs and was disappointed. The sculpted parts of the statue are fantastic. The rest however is ok. It's a very classic look but a little boring for my taste. It's not worth $400 in my opinion. I'm not a huge superman fan though.

It's fantastic and I"m quite happy.
Only improvement to me would be if the base were made of something clear.
