if it was an animated HB, his legs would be like matchsticks

I feel your pain. It will come down to what do you prefer; Movie accurate or Comic "based".

In my opinion, the movie PF is awesome! And we need to see more photos of this new bad boy to make a real comparison. Any way you see it, it would be a tough decision. Good luck!

Looks great but maybe just a bit to much like the mindzeye studios Hellboy from a few years back which, just happens to be my favorite HB statue.

I agree there a lot of similarities, but I'll gladly take the 1/4 scale and the PF base over the Mindzeye.

Yeah, it looks pretty badass, no question. Its going to be a difficult one for me to pass up. I just wish it was a bit more original as I've been holding out for this one for a long time.

Which one is more comic accurate? The PF's legs seem to be much longer.

I hear ya. I used to own the Bowen piece, but ultimately decided to let it go in hopes of acquiring one that was larger in scale and less fragile. Since I skipped the Mindzeye, this one is simply perfect for me.

Love it! This SDCC is turning out to be the best from what little pics I've seen so far. Can't imagine what else they have in store for us.
