Her skin is a tad darker but not much darker than the prototype (she's always had a darker skin tone). Her face sculpt is still the same as the prototype.

If a flat rate shipping cost is being applied to a particular item, then you will find that countries (even though thousands of miles a part) will end up with the same or a similar ship cost.
