GODZILLA!!

HELL YEAH!!
HUGE SURPRISE!! KILLAH NEWS!!
this def deserves its own thread.
so hoping for a big G maquette. and other monsters from the film. a legendary scale figure would be incredible.
man i hope this opens the door for SS to be able to make more Godzillas from other (older) films as well.
but for now it only looks like tis for just this new American version of Godzilla.
but this definitely leaves the door wide open for any new films that come in the future.

THANK YOU SS!!! F*CK YEAH!!!

this is so awesome.

If there is one statue that will break my rule for 2014, this one would be it. I'm looking forward to the reveal!

Wonder what scale a Godzilla statue would have to be to be small enough to fit in my house.

Probably the same scale as the Pacific Rim line.

Wow that's HUGE news SS!

Wouldn't it be amazing though to have one figure of Godzilla same scale as legendary scale figures? Think that would look so cool down in out future movie room!

well they could most definitely do a LSF for this one and keep him at 3'. or even at a 2' scale would be cool for a maquette.
this guy def deserves a larger scale than the PR statues IMO.

man this is killah!!

cat wait to get one and display him with my other Godzilla pieces i have.

look forward to seeing them but I wouldn't purchase any as I have to be selective. Still cool news and they should turn out some great things (hopefully)

Looking forward to the film but not a big enough fan to buy collectibles.

I'd like to get excited about this but I feel I know SS to well for that. This is a license that will produce maybe 1-2 statues max. They will be in scale with the pecific rim line, which was a let down for me personally. Theirs no reason to believe SS will take the gamble on making a large scale Godzilla. If the movies ends up tanking, then SS has a really expensive statue that will be around for a long time. SS doesn't play that way, they got their eye on the money first. The most profitable scale will likely be something in the 17"-19" range (including the base). I would be totally shocked if they had anything larger planed. All that said, it will be a pass for me just because of the small scale it will inevitably be.

Legendary scale bust might be cool. I could See Sideshow making a LSF.
