Can anyone give me quick advice on canvas vs paper pros / cons?
I've picked up a couple of prints now - but stuck to the paper versions and I'm curious if canvas is an upgrade?

If I really like a piece, and canvas is available, I'll go with that. Especially if it's a very vibrant piece. The colors really pop on canvas. And if you get a spotlight on it it looks fantastic. Prints I merely just like, I'll pick up on paper. Buying the framed paper from SS isn't really worth it IMO. At that price, just spend the few extra bucks for the framed canvas.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Canvas has great color reproductions and is much more durable. Also cheaper to frame since don't need glass. Just dropped off my second canvas print at the framers today

The canvas option also gives you a bigger image.

And since canvas is an "open" format, you don't have a pane of glass in front of the art causing glare and reflection issues. There is a bit of glare due to the protective varnish applied, but it's minor by comparison.

Canvas all day! I have 20+ of the Sideshow paper prints with frames and I have 10+ of the framed canvas, one from Sideshow and the rest from Acme.
It's really no contest in quality and appearance IMO.
I do however like the HD Aluminum for some pieces though. They can really pop for those comic book pieces with a lot of color.

So when I click on the Art Prints link at the top right of their site, I get an error message. If I use the link at the top left, it goes through fine...anyone else seeing this? The only difference in the URLs is that the working link doesn't have the "www".
