I received the same email.
Did you notice that when paying the remaining balance, it provides a different order number to the order number for when the deposit paid was initially paid?

Yeah, that was odd.
Did a double take when I got the email and the payment page said "WW84 Shipping Only - $1,519"
Anyway, just fixed up the balance payment.
The confirmation/receipt email I just got said "Shipping - Free" which is totally confusing.
So total was $1,899.48 USD (4 x payments of $380 + 1 x $379 Balance + Shipping) which comes to about $2,529 Australian.
Considering this was $3,299.99 on Sugo's website, I'd say that at this stage I'm ahead. 
Now, of course, I'll get an import tax notification...

Glad I wasn’t the only one- I emailed JND to query however I am guessing it’s probably payment reference numbers rather then the actual main order number.
I’m curious to know how much tax will be for this… do you have any idea?
How does it usually work? When do we receive tax invoice?

I think you're right - the numbers also reference the date... With regards to tax, it's about 10% and it's charged to you by the carrier then paid to the government. I don't import a lot, so there would be a lot more knowledgeable people who could answer that question. How awesome would it be if shipping was free, though?
