Great Batman artist.
He was not that old...Alot of people never live past 70. Here today, gone tommorrow. Healthy today, sickness tommorrow.
Get right with God before you die.

RIP, great artist.
Apparently he had a pretty bad stroke a few years ago and just never fully recovered.

Volume 2 of his Legends of the Dark Knight collection of Batman stories is coming out soon. I would’ve posted a pic but the cover seems inappropriate right now. Anyway, I’ll have to buy up all of his Batman stuff that I can find, hopefully his family gets a share of the sales.

Same here, I love his work. I didn't know that he lived in Houghton, MI. I was there in July.

Norm Breyfogle will forever be my favorite Batman artist. As a kid I was sucked into those Detective and Batman comics thanks to his artwork. This is such a sad development. I remember how devastating it was to hear of his stroke, and now this. Rest in Peace, Mr. Breyfogle. Thanks for all the memories.
